Friday Fifteen #15

www.fridayfifteen.com/

Today, I would like to share fifteen quotes attributed to one of our generation's most holy humanitarians, Mother Teresa of Calcutta. I am not Catholic, but her words are so moving and relevant. What a wonderful woman she was.

1. God doesn't require us to succeed; he only requires that you try.

14. Do not wait for leaders. Do it alone, person to person.

15. The dying, the cripple, the mental, the unwanted, the unloved-- they are Jesus in disguise.

Her words will carry on forever. To learn more about this remarkable, humble, giving woman, please go here: http://www.motherteresa.org/

My DH has a theory...Mother Teresa and Princess Diana died on the same day -- I remember saying how sad it was that Princess Di's death overshadowed Mother Teresa's. He said that Mother Teresa would have preferred it that way, because she was always quiet and humble and didn't like the limelight.

These are wonderful quotes. She was an amazing woman.
