1. On average, about how much sleep do you get in a night? Is it enough for you? Why/why not? I get anywhere from 6 to 8 hours. I believe it's just right! I do love "snoozing" though!


2. Do you notice a difference in things when you don't get enough sleep for a period of time? What happens? Yes I do! I am unable to concentrate. I become even more ill than usual. I have a headache. I am "drowsy" all day. Etc.


3. Generally when you sleep, do you sleep well? Why/why not? Yes! Once I drift off, I only awake to potty or when "The Hubby" rouses me awake.
