ooooh...and we have an abundance of tomatoes at this time of year! Love the List! You've reminded me that I want to try drying some tomatoes...
I've never had fried green tomatoes... but I have had fresh mozzarella & tomatoes.

When I was a kid growing up (well, as grown-up as I got) in Michigan, my mom used to buy tomatoes by the bushel. We'd eat them in lots of foods, but my favorite was just holding one in my hand and eating it like an apple. Yum!!
Do you have a recipe that you'd be willing to share for Fried Green Tomatoes? And have you seen the movie by the same name? Awesome! I've never tasted them, though.
