If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be and why? I would try to be less selfish and demanding. Being an adult has made me realize what a selfish, whiny child I was. God Bless my parents!
Do you think that the world will be a better or a worse place 100 years from now? I would like to think it will be, but I'm cynical and I don't think it will be until God returns. Power is just to tempting a thing to not be fought over.
At the beginning of a relationship, do you trust your new partner unless there is something specific to make you do otherwise, or do you withhold your trust until he/she has earned it? That's really hard to say. I've been in a relationship with "The Hubby" for 9 1/2 years now. Was there life before him?
I am easy to trust others and this has gotten me hurt in relationships other than romantic ones. I just believe people are genuinely good deep down. I guess I believe bad things like that won't happen to me.....who knows?

It's like you have to trust to love but it's scary sometimes to make that leap.

You're so right about wondering if there was "life before him". My hubby and I have been together for 17 years and he left this morning for the first time ever on a one week business trip and although it's only been a few hours, I already feel lost...LOL!
