This week's questions are all about food. Let's begin! =)

1. Are there any weird "food rules" you have? Feel free to list as many as you like. No, not really. I'm a vegetarian, so no meat...uh, I like to scrape the merguine off lemon merguine pie because merguine makes me nauseous. That's really the only one I can think of.

2. When you were growing up, what ONE thing did your parents always remind you of, when it came to meal time (or cooking)? They didn't have to "remind" me! I loved and still do love, everything but beets and meat! I never took more than I could eat, so I never heard the "starving kids around the world" routine.

3. Is there anyone you know whose food you won't eat (for one reason or another)? Only restaurants with a less than 90 health for people I know personally? Nah.

4. Is there anything you "specialize" in cooking, that people actually ask for? "The Hubby" likes my Eggplant Parmesan. Everyone else likes my corn salad, salsa and my friends like my "veggie" rangoons.

5. When you were growing up, what one meal do you remember as being your favorite? I LOVED my mother's Hamburger pie (before I became a vegetarian), cinnamon breakfast syrup and her banana pudding. I also enjoyed my Daddy's patented "egg in a hole"! YUM!

6. Today, what is your IDEAL meal? I enjoy vegetable "sushi", steamed white rice and stir-fried veggies. Guess what's for dinner?

Jen, I'd love to see your recipes for corn salad, salsa and veggie rangoon! Even though I'm not a vegetarian, I love vegetables. And I love homemade salsa.

Loved visiting your blog. Thanks for stopping by mine and commenting!
