Well, I made 'em for supper last night.

First, I gathered all my ingredients together:
Then, I mixed my "breading" together in my big, blue bowl:
I scooped out the insides of my tomatoes:
I piled the breading into the hollowed-out tomatoes:
I covered with foil and baked for 1/2 an hour:

Pulled 'em out, took off the foil and took a gander:

They looked okay, so I loaded 'em up with Parmesan cheese and broiled 'em for 1 minute. (I didn't snap a pic of this, sorry!)

After they were finished broiling, I popped them out, laid them on a white plate and added a sprig of fresh basil:

I really enjoyed these "bundles of goodness"! "The Hubby" didn't eat any because he informed me that baked tomatoes "weren't his cup of tea".

I thoroughly enjoyed them and hope you will too. They were relatively easy to make and were so tasty!

"Bon Appetite!"

That dish is definitely my cup of tea. Bet the scooped out tomato would make a lovely fresh sauce.
Feel free to print any of my photos for yourself or friends.
Waving at you from NYC,

These look good, but I'm not even going to attempt it with my family. I know them too well.

You're on the list for Fun Monday.

Since this is my first time here (I think) what does the blog name mean? And what are "tippie toes"? Danny says I have "cartoon toes" because they're so short and stubby and look like they never completely grew up.
