Friday Fifteen Father's Day Edition

Since Sunday is Father's Day

I've decided to dedicated this Friday's Fifteen to my Fabulous Father (Bob)

Fifteen things about my (Bob):

1. His favorite color is Y E L L O W.

2. He likes Bluegrass Gospel music.

3. He reminds folks of George W. Bush. What do you think?

4. He likes corvettes. (Any year, any color, ANYTIME!)

5. He loves brim (a type of fish in Alabama). He says he would rather have a plate of fried brim than a t-bone steak!

6. He was born on his parent's anniversary. In 1955. (He was born in the same hospital as my Momma, 9 weeks before! Small world "huh"?)

7. He is a computer programmer. As a matter of fact, he has worked at his company for 20 years! He is a very loyal employee.

8. He and Gea-Mom have a kitty, named Ellie Mae. She has a crush on Bob.

(Yep, that's Bob in the foreground and here comes Ellie Mae!)

9. He is funny. He always makes just "hanging out" fun!

10. He is generous. Need SOMETHING? If Bob doesn't have it, he'll get it! You can ALWAYS count on him!

11. He is always quick to compliment and "boost you up" if you're feeling down. Bob loves all of his loved ones unconditionally. And always has!

12. We (he & I & sometimes other folks) ALWAYS have lunch together on Fridays. This is something I look forward to all week!

13. He is the most humble and kind man in the world. He is exceptional. Even if I wasn't related to him, he would be a man I loved. He is kind to children and animals. He helps the poor, visits the sick, is ALWAYS available for widows and those in need. Most of all, my Daddy-Bob is a Godly man. He'll never admit his qualities, but he shows them everyday. He is a stunning example of "one after God's own heart."

Oh! And he's a good dancer! (According to my Gea-Mom!)

I Love You, Daddy-Bob! You mean so much to me.
