YOU GOT IT...IT'S JUST ANOTHER

What was the best day of the past week for you and why? Saturday. I got to "goof off" with my mother. I don't get to do that near as much as I would like. So, when we DO get to get together, I so enjoy it! We went to a small arts-n-crafts festival, stopped by two yard sales, had lunch at a Chinese buffet (yum!), checked out an antique mall and visited with my mother-in-law while Mike and Bob repaired the outgoing pipe to her kitchen sink and washing machine. They were filthy, but seemed to have gotten it all fixed. YAY, Saturday!
What is the best thing about the city in which you currently live? I would have to say the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. It's in the Blount Cultural Park. There is a theatre, an art museum and plenty of walking/bike trails. There are two ponds complete with geese, ducks and turtle. It went yesterday, after church, and snapped a few pics. I'll post 'em a little later. It is so peaceful there. I love the fact that families and friends spend "quality" time there. :)
What do you love most about yourself? Not very much at the moment. My temper has gotten me into trouble, AGAIN!

The Shakespeare Festival sounds like something I'd love.

Aww, when you lose your temper is when you need to be gentle with yourself--and show the most TLC. Hope you're able to carry the feeling from hanging with your mom on Saturday with you for a long time.
