Depression
1. Are you prone to depression? No, not normally, but when something major happens, like a stressful situation or a fight with my spouse, I can become "down in the dumps". Do you get depressed often? Thankfully, no.


2. What triggers depression in you? Stressful situations, , i.e. money issues, illness of family members, personal issues, etc., hormones and spmetimes p.m.s.,


3. What do you to get undepressed? I pray, write in my journals, talk to a close confidant (you know who you are....), take a warm, bubble bath or go outside and hammer nails into my "ill block" (<-- quite a stress/depression reliever).


Bonus Question for Comments: Do you think that in small doses, depression is good for the soul? Yes, I do.
Why/why not? It's kinda like a volcano. Every so often, stressful situations can build up until they make you depressed. When you take the time to reconsider the possible solutions for these "problems" you can eleviate the pressure. I believe some "down time" can help put your priorities in line. Once you do that, you'll feel better. (or, at least that's how it works for me.)
