Scientists have found chocolate has a chemical that helps counteract depression.

I make it a point to eat chocolate regularly............Yeah, I eat it for my mental well-being...... :)

Oh!!!! And it doesn't hurt that I'm a woman, it tastes so darn good and the dark kind has even been soon to lower cholesterol.

Makes you happy to know that not all things that are good for you have to taste like cardboard, doesn't it?
